Terms and Conditions for Neighborhood Dancewear VIP Tights Subscription.  

Welcome to our Tights Subscription Program. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Subscription Pricing: 

Child Footed Tights: The subscription fee is $18 per quarter.                          Child Convertible Tights: The subscription fee is $24 per quarter.                          Adult Convertible Tights: The subscription fee is $30 per quarter.

Subscription Cycle:
Your subscription will automatically renew on a quarterly basis, unless canceled. Subscription payments will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of subscription.
Product Delivery: 
Once every quarter, you will receive two pairs of tights based on your selected subscription type. We will make our best efforts to deliver the tights promptly; however, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Payment and Billing: 
By subscribing to our Tights Subscription Program, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method the respective quarterly subscription fee. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and ensuring sufficient funds are available for the subscription payment.
Cancellation and Refunds: 
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please contact our customer support or follow the cancellation instructions provided in your account. Subscription fees are non-refundable. However, cancellation requests made before the next billing cycle will prevent future charges.
Account Information: 
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information, including contact details and shipping address. Changes to your account information can be made through your user account on our website.
Modifications and Termination:
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Tights Subscription Program at any time, without prior notice. In the event of program termination, we will fulfill any remaining deliveries for active subscriptions.
Limitation of Liability: 
We strive to provide accurate information and quality products; however, we do not guarantee the suitability or performance of the tights for your specific needs. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the tights or the subscription program. By subscribing to our Tights Subscription Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
