Why We’re Here

Neighborhood Dancewear (NDW) was founded in 2023 by Brittany Thierman and Kyleigh Peterson, rooted in a shared love for dance and the community that surrounds it.

Brittany’s journey with dance began in childhood and continues today as the owner of Neighborhood School of Dance, one of the longest-standing dance studios in Olean, New York. Years of teaching, training, guiding dancers and supporting their parents shaped NDW into what it is today.
